Actually, it is not only Ben Roethlisberger who is a defendant but there are nine of them. Ben is accused of sexual assault by Andrea McNulty. And the great thing is that Andrea McNulty has a Wikipedia profile which says:

“Andrea McNulty is a County Legislator in Niagara County, New York. She serves as Vice Chair of the Legislature’s Economic Development Committee.

Legislator McNulty was appointed to fill a vacancy in the County Legislature in 2007 following the resignation of former Legislator Joseph Vacanti. She represents a district including parts of North Tonawanda, New York. Legislator McNulty is a registered Democrat, but caucuses with the majority Republican Party in the Legislature.

McNulty was overwhelmingly elected to a full two-year term in 2007 with the backing of the Republican Party, defeating Democratic nominee Edward T. McDonald by a wide 1,555 to 876 vote margin.

In September 2007, she was an early critic of the attempt by then-Gov. Eliot Spitzer to issue drivers’ licenses to undocumented aliens in New York state. More recently, she has led several job-creation initiatives in the county using her leadership role on the Economic Development Committee.

A graduate of Canisius College in Buffalo, New York, Legislator McNulty works fulltime as a corporate auditor. She serves on the Community Services Committee, the Community Safety and Security Committee, the Economic Development Committee and the Refuse Disposal Committee.”

The assault was made according to the news in the month of July 2008 in this lawsuit.

Sexy ESPN sportscaster Erin Andrews was the target of a peephole pervert who surreptitiously shot a video of her walking around her hotel room naked -- and posted it on the Internet.

The sideline siren wants the creepy cameraman brought to justice, both for herself and to keep other victims from having to go through the same nightmare.

Andrews' lawyer, Marshall B. Grossman, confirmed yesterday she was "surreptitiously videotaped" while "in the privacy of her hotel room."

"Although the perpetrators of this criminal act have not yet been identified, when they are identified, she intends to bring both civil and criminal charges against them and against anyone who has published the material," Grossman said.

In the video, Andrews is seen primping her hair and putting on her makeup.

The video and screen grabs first surfaced on the Internet under the title "Hot naked blonde who looks a lot like a sports blogger favorite in her hotel room," according to the sports-and-gossip Web site Deadspin.

The site on which the images first appeared didn't identify the woman as Andrews, whom Playboy calls "America's Sexiest Sportscaster."

A video made of ESPN reporter Erin Andrews undressing in her hotel room is now being used to spread a computer virus, according to sophos.com, an anti-virus software company.

A video of Andrews undressing was shot through the peephole of her hotel room and then quickly made its way to the internet in recent days. Soon after websites cropped up claiming to be links to the video but were actually a way to release a virus into the user's system.

"Hackers are no slacks when it comes to taking advantage of a hot internet search trend, and they have been quick to set up bogus webpages claiming to contain the video footage of Ms. Andrews in her hotel room," said Graham Cluley of Sophos.
